Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the company premises, personnel, and property. The role involves monitoring, patrolling, and enforcing security policies to prevent theft, accidents, or unauthorized access.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure assigned areas by patrolling and monitoring entrances, exits, and surroundings.
  • Check identification, log visitors, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  • Conduct routine inspection of facilities, gates, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Report and document any suspicious activity, accidents, or security breaches.
  • Assist employees and visitors in maintaining safety and order.
  • Enforce company rules, safety protocols, and security procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Security Supervisor and local authorities when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Security Guard License (SG License) issued by PNP-SOSIA.
  • Physically fit and alert.
  • Preferably with experience as a security guard or similar role.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
  • Can work under pressure and on shifting schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
