Lady Guard/Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Licensed Security Guard
• With at least 2-5 years proven experience in the field of Security.
• Willing to work on-site in Centris from Monday to Saturday
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols
• Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems as they arise
• Attention to detail
• Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations

Duties and responsibilities:

• Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company's premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure.
• Responsible for maintaining order and safety, enforcing rules and regulations, ensuring that individuals within the organizations adhere to established guidelines.
• Assist visitors and clients, providing information and directions when needed.
• Reporting any security/safety concerns to the site supervisor
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to the management it includes writing detailed incident reports and collecting valuable evidence.
• Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner
• In the event of an alarm, security officers are the first responders and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Trained to provide first aid, making them indispensable in emergencies.
• May also be assigned to administrative reception tasks.
