Job Role:

The HR Specialist - Admin is responsible for providing assistance and support to the HR Admin and Facilities Section for daily administrative and HR duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Office Supplies

Manage and monitor request of office supplies per department

Implement office property custodianship and prepare employee supplies requirements for onboarding and other requirements for workspace planning.

ID Processing and MM Card

Company ID processing

MM tracking and coodination

Office Administration

Assist in the general office upkeep and safety

Assist in supervising the tasks and monitor drivers, utility personnel, security guards, and messengers in their daily routine schedules. Prepare and process billings.

Assist in handling matters concerning office space maintenance and repairs.

Process employee company car repair and maintenance (PMS), registrations, and insurance concerns.

Coordinates for building and parking requirements. Coordinates and dissemination of memorandum and circulars from the building admin office.

Coordination with government agencies for compliance requirements such as the Bureau of Fire.

Provide admin, staffing, and logistics support to company events.

Prepare payments for rental, utilities, and other monthly billings.

Coordinate for HR courier requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Records Management

Provides assistance in the filing and safekeeping of HR documents such as but not limited to 201 files and ensures completeness of such files.

Employee Safety and Welfare

Assist in Employee Welfare and Safety program implementation.

Store Requirements

Coordinates with service providers, vendors, and contractors all matters concerning CCTV reviewing and extracting foorages as needed

Prepare and monitor uniform inventory requisitions, issuances, and report requirements.

Coordinate manpower request of stores such as cleaners, maintenance, and security guards.

Pest control coordination

HR Duties

Assist in HR activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management courses is required

With one year of work experience in a similar Admin role. Experience in F&B, or retail industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
