  • Observes existing General Orders and Codes of Conduct for Security Enforces
  • Enforces the regulation of the Provincial Office related to identification of incoming persons be it employees or visitors
  • Checks and inspects parcels, materials and other equipments before they are brought inside and outside the building
  • Assists guests as may be necessary to ensure their safety and protection to accord VIP treatment
  • Acts as telephone operator and answers queries as to the telephone number of offices, location of offices and attendance of employees
  • Validates presence of pass-out slip/authorization for house properties equipment and materials being brought out of the compound. Records such as they are being brought out and returned back-in
  • Maintains vigilance and prevents untoward incidents
  • Responds to untoward incidents as observed or reported; undertakes preliminary investigation, prepares incident reports, and submits them to the administrator
  • Assists in enforcing parking regulations within the compound
  • Records in the logbook all staff leaving the compound during work hours indicating their destinations as well as their time of departure and time of return/arrival
  • Maintains the record of the company drives and vehicles, time of entry and exit, their destination and prepares and submits reports to the administrators
  • Reports observed infraction of the norms of conduct to the immediate superior for proper disposition
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness at the work area and its surrounding
