Job Responsibilities:Reports directly to the Accounting/Finance Manager relating to the Supplier's Invoices, Tax Matters, and Payments.Closely coordinate with Purchasing Personnel relating to Supplier's Invoice and Check Requirements.Responsible for preparation of checks, check vouchers, tax reports, supplier's BIR Form 2307 and cost centers of the company as well as updating documents for tax, audit and accounting purposes.Responsible for filing, safe guarding and safe keeping of company's documents that pertains to disbursements and other company's legal documents.Monitors aging of supplier's invoices for payment.Handles the releasing and replenishment of petty cash fund (PCF).Create, develop and maintain useful and helpful documentations and for all soft/hard copies of documents to ensure full monitoring.Handles other assignments or duties and responsibilities that may be given by the top management from time to time in the course of fulfilling the company's course of business.Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess at Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Atleast 1 (year/s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Computer LiterateMust have good time management skillsGood command of both oral & written in English communication.
