PASTRY CHEF / LINE COOK

Bake. Create. Lead the line.We're looking for a pastry chef/line cook who can balance artistry and precision—crafting delicious desserts while executing savory dishes with consistency and flair. If you love both the sweet and the savory side of the kitchen, this hybrid role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Pastry & Dessert Creation

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, breads, pastries, and ice creams
  • Use traditional and modern methods to produce consistently high-quality desserts

Decoration & Presentation

  • Decorate finished products with icings, toppings, and garnishes that meet brand and presentation standards
  • Ensure every plate and pastry looks as good as it tastes

Menu Development

  • Contribute ideas for new pastries and plated desserts
  • Adapt existing recipes and stay updated on culinary trends

Ingredient & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain ingredient stock levels
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and order supplies to control costs and prevent shortages

Kitchen Operations

  • Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain equipment properly

Line Cook Duties

  • Prep ingredients and cook dishes according to kitchen standards
  • Plate and serve meals during service periods, ensuring speed and quality

Teamwork & Communication

  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
  • Support teammates during peak hours and assist where needed

Training & Supervision

  • Train and guide junior staff members
  • Ensure all kitchen personnel follow established recipes, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Line Cook (hybrid experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of baking and cooking techniques
  • Creative flair with attention to detail and presentation
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Taguig
