Role Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Line Cook ready to work in a high-end, modern Italian Filipino kitchen. The role requires precision, teamwork, clean execution, and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure. Moderna è un progetto serio, e vogliamo persone che crescono con noi.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to Moderna standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
  • Follow all recipes, portioning, cooking times, and plating guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
  • Support prep production and storage management.
  • Ensure proper handling of ingredients, equipment, and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks and contribute to waste control.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably fine dining.
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with modern Italian techniques.
  • Ability to work fast, clean, and with discipline.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow standards without compromise.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
