LINE COOK

Prep. Cook. Perfect every plate.

We're looking for a Line Cook who can deliver consistency, speed, and quality in every dish — someone who thrives in a fast-paced food stall environment and ensures every plate meets our standards before it reaches our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and station needs
  • Cook dishes with accuracy, consistency, and proper timing
  • Follow portioning standards to maintain food quality and cost control

Plating & Presentation

  • Plate dishes neatly and consistently based on kitchen standards
  • Ensure every order is delivered accurately and promptly

Kitchen Station Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation at all times
  • Restock station supplies throughout service
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and functioning properly

Inventory Support

  • Assist in monitoring ingredient levels and report shortages
  • Help in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries

Service Support

  • Work closely with chefs and fellow line cooks to ensure smooth service flow
  • Support the team during peak hours and assist where needed

Health & Safety

  • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness in all prep and cooking areas

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willing to work onsite in My Falafel – BGC, Taguig
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced food stall setup
