  • Safety and sanitation: Follow health codes and nutrition and sanitation guidelines
  • Communication: Work well with other cooks and chefs
  • Adaptability: Be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Culinary graduate from Culinary School

  • Minimum 1.5 years' experience in non-Asian restaurant.

  • Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques and equipment.

  • Attention to detail and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong cooking skills, Knowledge of recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure, Teamwork skills

  • Organizational skills, Ability to use a variety of food service equipment.
