We are looking for a Freelance Virtual Bookkeeper role for Clinilab Medical Services, Inc., a medical and diagnostic facility for local and overseas workers located in Makati City.

This is a remote, freelance position designed to provide crucial support to our finance operations. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the accuracy and organization of our key financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be primarily responsible for handling and organizing the following, which will be sent to you by our Accounting Clerk on a weekly or bi-weekly basis:

  • Cash Income recording and reconciliation.
  • Statement of Accounts management.
  • Receipt of Expenses processing and categorization.
  • Vouchers and Disbursements management.
  • Assistance with BIR compliance documents.
  • Other financial responsibilities.

Your work will form the foundation for our broader financial reporting and analysis.

Terms & Compensation:

  • Freelance Agreement: This is an outsourced, freelance contract where you'll be working work-from-home.
  • Workload: Data will be provided weekly or every two weeks, requiring your consistent attention during those periods, we may require you for an onsite report weekly.
  • Payment: We are offering a monthly fee of Php 15,000 for these services. We are open to negotiating and discussing this rate based on your experience, the specific tools you use, and the final scope of work.
