About the Role
eClerx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
HR Operations Manager
to lead our HR operations in the Philippines. The role requires strong expertise in
Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and HR Compliance
, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes while maintaining a positive employee experience. You will play a key role in streamlining HR operations, driving compliance, and supporting a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of
HR Operations
, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, transfers, offboarding). - Manage and continuously improve
Compensation and Benefits programs
, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and local regulations. - Lead and administer
HRIS management
, ensuring accurate employee data, reporting, and system optimization. - Ensure strict compliance with
Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company HR policies
. - Partner with internal teams (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance) for seamless HR service delivery.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights and reports to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Handle escalated HR-related queries and provide effective solutions.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring HR documentation and processes meet compliance standards.
- Manage, coach, and develop the HR Operations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- At least
5-7 years of progressive HR experience
, with
2-3 years in HR Operations leadership
. - Solid background in
Compensation and Benefits, HRIS administration, and HR Compliance
. - Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
- Experience in payroll processes and coordination with Finance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and drive process improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on
US hours/night shift
. - Must be willing to work
onsite in Northgate, Alabang
.
