Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee and execute daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding for both internal teams and the client.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processes, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff.
  • Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Client Support: Provide HR consultancy and support to clients, addressing their specific HR needs and challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization and for clients.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a BPO setting or in a client-facing HR role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for interpersonal relations.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorised to work in the Philippines without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP)

  • DOLE-certified HR training or relevant compliance certification
  • Experience:

  • Prior experience handling multi-client HR administration

  • Experience working with remote and hybrid teams
  • Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Gusto, Workday, or Humaans)

  • Knowledge of payroll systems such as Xero Payroll or QuickBooks Payroll
  • Understanding of UK or US labor laws
  • Soft Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously
  • Experience in HR analytics and reporting to drive data-driven HR decisions
