· Must have experience in a Furniture Industry

· At least 2 years in handling supervisory position

· Initiative, resourceful, decisive, good mentor and can easily adapt changes

· Above average leadership ability

· Knowledgeable in Windows application software

· Perform woodworking task with expert precision

· Demonstrate an eager willingness and capability to lead , coach , mentor and train.

Specific Responsibility:

Ø  Analyze new products and design/redesign appropriate production methods, processes and flow.

Ø  Prepare all production documentations and standardization.

Ø  Prepare new product requirement for machine, tools, jigs, fixtures printing, finishing and other sub-material requirements.

Ø  Set quality inspection standards and dispose in process quality matters.

Ø  Conduct education and training of operators on production methods, processes, flow, quality and inspection standards,

Ø  Provide timely reports to immediate superiors for updates or production status.

Ø  Perform other task that may be assign from time to time.
