About the role

This is a full-time Call Center CSR position based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. You will be joining the dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' and playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and providing prompt and professional assistance
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a friendly and empathetic manner
  3. Resolving customer issues efficiently and in accordance with company policies
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer experience
  6. Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or contact center environment
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
