
Recruitment Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across departments.
- Post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Represent the company in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or administrative HR functions (internship experience may be considered).
- Experience in retail, tech, or finance industry recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
