We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, up to job offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts in coordination with HR.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
