Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, up to job offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts in coordination with HR.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
