E-commerce Accounts Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Manage and develop relationships with e-commerce dealers and online retail partners (PandaMart, GrabMart, LazMall and etc.)
  • Drive sales performance by implementing strategic account plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor account performance and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, MAP policies, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for higher conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to improve online positioning and pricing.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all online platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
  • Resolve account issues, disputes, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and ROI on promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to execute paid advertising, SEO, and other online marketing strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, deals, and campaigns with ecommerce partners.
  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, online retail, or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
