About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Alabang. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted Australian brand while enjoying the benefits of local, daytime work hours — no graveyard shifts

As part of our team, you'll provide world-class customer support, manage eCommerce customer service channels, and learn how to work with digital marketing platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, timely, and professional support to customers via email, chat, and social media.
  • Manage online orders, returns, and product listings on the Shopify commerce platform,
  • Ensure accurate and engaging product content, images, and pricing across channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience and brand consistency.
  • Learn to upload and manage Facebook advertisements and assist in social campaign coordination.
  • Engage with customers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and through email marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Represent The Australian Natural Soap Company as a premium, sustainable, and ethical brand in every interaction.

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in eCommerce customer service, ideally in fashion, beauty, health, or wellness.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Passionate about natural products, sustainability, and providing a premium customer experience.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills in digital marketing (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, email campaigns).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Working with Australian Clients in your previous role and advantage.
