The Role

We are seeking a Process Specialist to join our growing team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring that our internal processes—from sales operations to after-sales service—are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and improve operational processes across departments (sales, logistics, after-sales, customer service).
  • Implement process standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and monitoring systems.
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis (preferably in retail, distribution, or appliance/home solutions industries).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow tools, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a premium or customer-centric industry is a plus.
