Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle vendor payments, ensure accurate invoice processing, and oversee the accounts payable function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel, combined with a strong background in accounts payable operations and financial controls. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice review, processing, and payment execution.
  • Verify supporting documents and approvals to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Track outstanding payables and maintain compliance with company policies and payment terms.
  • Perform reconciliations and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Prepare reports, validate data, and conduct analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and related issues.
  • Provide documentation and reports to support audits as required.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Background in accounts payable, vendor relations, and reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as an accounting or finance officer/lead is a plus.

Work Environment:

This is an office-based position in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
