Data Processing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Specialist to join our research operations team in Manila. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality data delivery to our clients across APAC, with future expansion into EMEA markets from early 2026. You will be responsible for managing raw field data, applying rigorous checks, and producing accurate SPSS and Q files that meet project and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process fieldwork data from CSV / SPSS, applying quality and quota checks.
  • Apply data weighting to ensure representative samples.
  • Build and manage Q files, ensuring tables and analysis banners are produced to set criteria.
  • Create and maintain rolling files to track multiple research waves.
  • Deliver outputs in line with established timelines and accuracy requirements.

Core Skills (Must-Have)

  • Advanced SPSS: Proven ability to manage raw data, run checks, and create deliverables.
  • Advanced Excel: Strong command of data handling, checks, and reporting automation.
  • Data Quality Control: Ability to run data/logic/consistency checks and manage quota compliance.
  • Weighting Expertise: Skilled in applying and verifying sample weighting to ensure representativeness.
  • Tracking / Rolling Files: Experience creating rolling data files across multiple waves of tracking studies.
  • Output Delivery: Ability to deliver accurate outputs against client-specific criteria.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

  • Charting in PowerPoint: Ability to create clear and compelling charts directly from Q or other tools.
  • Regression / Advanced Analytics: Exposure to running regression analysis.
  • Q Software experience is a plus

The role will be on a project-based contract for 6 months and can be extended
