Job Description

As a Trainer - Learning & Development, you will design and deliver engaging training programs for new and tenured agents, with a strong focus on sales skills, customer engagement, and NBN product knowledge. You'll support performance improvement through coaching, evaluations, and collaboration with management, with the flexibility to transition into other departments as business needs evolve.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development, preferably in sales or telecommunications
• Experience with NBN or telecommunications products is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Adaptable and open to shifting roles or departments based on business needs
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for agents, focusing on NBN product sales, customer engagement, and upselling techniques.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training plans to address skill gaps.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce concepts and improve agent performance.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to align training strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, NBN product updates, and best training practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to transition into other departments, such as Customer Service, when required.
