Be the Voice of Care

Be part of our client's team as a Customer Service Representative, providing front-line support to patients through compassionate service and accurate assistance. You'll handle prescription inquiries, coordinate with pharmacy teams, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and genuine care.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience handling healthcare or pharmacy accounts
  • Background in medical, wellness, or pharmaceutical support preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Proficiency in customer service software and systems
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others

What You'll Do

  • Assist patients with prescription orders and healthcare inquiries via phone or email
  • Coordinate with the pharmacy team to verify and fulfill prescriptions
  • Provide clear and accurate communication about order status and instructions
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and transactions
  • Handle all data in compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Identify and escalate complex service issues when necessary
