Job Description – Junior Loan Processor

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of Australia's fastest growing Mortgage Brokers. As the business continues to expand we are currently looking for an exceptional Junior Loan Processor to join our team.

The Role:

  • Accountable for collection of supporting documents, verification, triage & ensure all files are renamed and in order for processing
  • Help process loan applications supplied by Mortgage Broker
  • Ensure accuracy in your own data entry - Attention to Detail is a must

  • Liaise with bank assessors, BDMs, legal professionals and clients as required to ensure smooth settlement

  • Assist with post settlement checks and ongoing re-price of loans

The Candidate:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months Australian loan processing experience (as a AU bank loan assessor or AU loan processor)
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and is highly organised.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a high-pressure busy environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think proactively and problem solve
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and familiar with lenders and processes
  • Ability to interpret payslips, sets of financial statements, tax returns and Business Group Structure
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • MyCRM and ApplyOnline experience is desirable, but not essential
