An opportunity exists for a Mortgage Loan Processer to join one of Australia's most successful Mortgage Broking practices.

Responsibilities


• Document management (collecting, renaming, organising, following up sensitive supporting documentation) using File Invite.


• NCCP Compliance checks


• Data entry of client information to MyCRM


• Data entry of a loan application into MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL)


• Reviewing Living expenses


• Generation of application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyers, FHGS Forms and Discharge forms.


• Pricing requests across multiple lenders, for new applications and settled loans.


• Assist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals and Settlement Conditions.


• Cross checking approval and settlement document to ensure the details match the clients' requirements/our notes.


• Ensuring settlement occurs on time and meets important deadlines.


• Assisting with post-settlement items (cash-back incentives etc.).

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Mortgage Broker Admin
  • Loan Processing or Financial Services (e.g. lending, banking, credit, or compliance)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal you'll be dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MyCRM and AOL.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience with Australian mortgage processes or supporting AU-based clients is highly preferred.
