Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join their innovative property management team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of their digital operations, utilizing modern property management software and collaboration tools to streamline administrative processes. This position offers excellent growth potential, including opportunities to expand into accounting and advanced property management functions. You'll work directly with the company owner, contributing to the organization's continued expansion while developing valuable industry expertise.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: PHP 40,000-48,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (US Central Time, CST/CDT) with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates, which depend on performance during the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Process utility-related tasks through Appfolio property management software
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and communication
  • Manage and organize documents in Google Drive
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Support daily property management operations
  • Assist with lease renewals and tenant communication
  • Track rent payments and follow up on late payments
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests with vendors or tenants
  • Post rental listings and manage inquiries from prospective tenants
  • Assist with onboarding of new tenants, including document collection and lease generation
  • Monitor and respond to tenant emails or maintenance portals
  • Help schedule property inspections and walkthroughs

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Appfolio property management software
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Drive and Sheets)
  • Property management industry experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills (must submit WPM)
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Ability to work in US Central Time Zone (Superior, Wisconsin)
