MARKETING


• Managing social media platforms


• Updating of each online property profile on multiple websites


• Creating collateral for marketing activities like flyers, posters, ads, etc.


• And other marketing support


• Weekly updates of all websites.

RESEARCH AND ANALYTICS


• Market analysis for Residential properties


• Monthly or quarterly sales volume reports


• Competitive research


• Research updates on real estate law and best practices.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Clearly and effectively communicate with all the parties involved regarding existing transactions and ensure the coordination of paperwork and tasks between buyers, sellers, Title Company, mortgage company or other 3rd, party's transactions in writing and verbally.

Return calls on behalf of the property manager/ Agent on properties we have in our inventory.

Solicit new business by utilizing email or lists provided by the employer.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS


• Updating the client database systems


• Scheduling meetings with prospective buyers and sellers


• Generating client information and feedback


• Act as initial contact for potential clients (through phone calls or email management)


• Updating of transaction management systems


• and other administrative duties

DOCUMENTATION


• Drafting of listing agreements, management agreements, or sale contracts as necessary (TRAINING PROVIDED FOR EACH PLATFORM TO BE USED).


• Proofread and manage contracts.


• Ensuring file compliance for transactions, like a contract, addenda, or other items required. (We provide all the checklists).


• Other support needed for any real estate transaction process.


• Assist with reporting of all transaction commissions and working with accounting staff to ensure all commissions are accounted for.


• Pre-closing reminders to forward mail, and cancel utilities, and lawn services if necessary.

Schedule & Compensation

-Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST).

-Weekend Availability: Required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (if working a weekend, you may take a compensatory day off the following week).

-Compensation: $5.00 per hour.

Requirements:

-Reliable computer and high-speed internet.

-Backup computer preferred for uninterrupted workflow.
