Recruitment Execution
- Schedule and manage interviews for all active job openings.
- Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and job fairs.
- Coordinate with department heads to align on job descriptions, hiring needs, and candidate qualifications.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants and candidates.
Hiring Process Tracking
- Maintain a digital hiring dashboard reflecting real-time status of candidates and job openings.
- Monitor and analyze cost per hire across various sourcing platforms.
- Track and optimize time-to-hire based on defined benchmarks.
Onboarding and Setup
- Create and continuously improve the onboarding process workflow.
- Schedule and coordinate new hire orientations and training activities.
- Manage documentation for employee medical requirements and government ID renewals.
Documentation and Coordination
- Maintain and regularly update the employee contact directory.
- Organize and file relevant HR-related documents, including sales orders and clearance forms.
- Track and compile attendance anomalies for review by department supervisors.
Employee Engagement Support
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., team activities, surveys, celebrations).
- Contribute ideas and support efforts that enhance team morale and internal culture.
Process Development and Research
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
- Compile and maintain onboarding reference guides and FAQs for new hires.
Other Administrative Related Task
- Tasks related to coordinating collections, document compilation
- Administrative Tasks related to the success of the company
- Organize the Files and Data of employees or clients when necessary
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients if necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments in contribution to the success of company projects and operations.
