The Compensation and Benefits Assistant (Reliever) is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits. This role acts as a temporary reliever to ensure continuity of payroll and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in validating attendance, overtime, leave credits, and other pay-related adjustments.
  • Support the preparation and submission of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist employees with inquiries on payroll discrepancies, payslips, and benefits.
  • Help administer company benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, leave conversions, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records and employee information.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and external agencies as needed.
  • Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll or HR administration preferred (experience as reliever or temp staff an advantage).
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and government statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Marian Industrial Park, Lot 7 Marian Road-2, Parañaque from Monday to Saturday
