Our organization is seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing and standardizing corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal/external market analysis, assessing compensation surveys for the APJ region to develop pay ranges and update strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive practices.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including budget modeling, system updates, training, reporting, and approval process support.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to create dashboards supporting decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Develop and deliver training/communications on various compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
