Position: Public Relations Manager

Base: Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines (Darada Center)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and highly driven Public Relations Manager to be based in the Philippines. As the local face and key communication link of our group, you will be responsible for building and nurturing critical media and client relationships. Through expert PR consulting and efficient resource integration, you will enhance the group's brand influence and market reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive public relations management and brand image building for the group in the Philippines.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth relationships with media, clients, and key industry partners, providing high-value PR consulting services.
  • Identify client needs, lead the development and implementation of full-scale PR strategies and service solutions.
  • Lead external client engagement and new client negotiations, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor business-related public opinion, accurately identify potential crises, and lead interception and resolution efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a large corporation or international PR agency. Experience in multinational or cross-cultural work environments is a strong advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese, with exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, policy insight, and project management abilities, with a talent for integrating resources in complex environments.
  • Proactive, composed, resilient under pressure, and skilled in self-management and multitasking.
  • Preferred: Experience serving markets such as the Philippines, Latin America, India, or Africa; existing connections with local government, legal, or media resources.
