Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or College degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the hotel industry
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and social media platforms
  • Well-versed in basic photography/videography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Graphic Design or Digital Media is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports PR and marketing activities, executions and e-commerce, promotions, digital initiatives.
  • Handles online marketing and helps with social media strategy and posting
  • Creates, develops and markets key events of the hotel, especially during key business period
  • Communicates effectively to target markets, the amenities and benefits of the hotel, including hotel refurbishments, events, and other similar items
  • Works with third party partners, including local media and influencers, and maintains professional work relationships with official bodies, such as suppliers and marketing partners.
