Your Assignment
- As a Public Affairs and PR&C Administration Specialist, you will play a vital support role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks within the Public Affairs and PR&C team. This position is ideal for someone who is street-smart, proactive, and eager to learn the ropes of corporate affairs and stakeholder engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities
Field Support & Coordination
Assist in manual submission of applications to government agencies and other authorities.
- Facilitate manual payments and document delivery as required.
Represent IKEA in routine administrative interactions with external stakeholders.
Documentation & Records Management
Organize and maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and official documentation.
Administrative Oversight
Contribute to specific projects requiring administrative oversight.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
