II. Accounts Payable (AP) Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring that all vendor invoices and disbursements for our client associations are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established policies.

Specific Duties:

· Manage the full-cycle AP process, from invoice receipt to payment, for a portfolio of properties.

· Supervise and train AP staff (if applicable) and review their work for accuracy.

· Ensure timely payment of all vendor invoices, taking advantage of discounts where possible and avoiding late fees.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.

· Oversee the processing of employee expense reports and reimbursements.

· Manage the annual 1099 reporting process for all vendors.

· Implement and refine AP policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure proper coding and recording of expenses.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, with 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.

· Skills:

o Deep understanding of AP best practices, payable processing, and internal controls.

o Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

o Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.

o Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, AvidStrongRoom, QuickBooks), advanced Google workspace and advanced MS Excel skills.

· Preferred: Experience in a high-volume AP environment; experience in property management.

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
