The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong track record in sourcing and placing healthcare professionals for US clients. The ideal candidate will possess an established network of US Registered Nurses (USRN) outside the United States—particularly in regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, LATAM, and especially the Philippines (PHRNs). In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support recruitment for medical coders, billers, auditors, and other RCM roles.

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, adept at global recruitment strategies, and capable of handling high-volume hiring with speed and quality.

This position is remote, so it offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare clients, covering clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of global USRN talent, with strong emphasis on PHRNs and internationally located nurses seeking US remote work opportunities.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, referrals, social platforms, local partnerships, international channels).
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Recruit for RCM roles including coders, billers, AR specialists, and other healthcare administrative positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure ATS compliance.
• Stay updated on US healthcare trends, credentialing requirements, and global nursing recruitment practices.
• Contribute to process improvement and strategic workforce planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years focused on US healthcare clients.
• Proven experience sourcing and placing USRN candidates outside the US.
• Strong network of Philippines Registered Nurses (PHRNs).
• Solid understanding of RCM functions and experience recruiting coders, billers, and similar roles.
• Experience in global recruitment (Asia, Middle East, LATAM, Africa) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely, independently, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a remote staffing company or BPO/KPO environment.
• Familiarity with US staffing compliance, credentialing, and licensing pathways (e.g. NCLEX).
• Experience handling high-volume or specialized healthcare recruitment projects.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Flexible)
