THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to ongoing growth with both existing and new clients we are looking for a Senior Volume Specialist recruiter to join our team in Manila. You will lead client projects - so you must have a high level of consulting skills and experienced in volume hiring. There will be 3 other Volume recruiters who will assist with sourcing on these projects. In addition you will also manage some end-to-end BAU requisitions as needed. Generally you will be working local dayshift hours, however some flexibility is required to attend client meetings with AU/US/UK clients. This is a hybrid position and 2 days onsite in BGC is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and lead client meetings.
  • Project plan and provide strategic sourcing strategy advice on large volume hiring.
  • Write job advertisements.
  • Candidate sourcing.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, build talent pipelines, and conduct phone interviews.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews and all client communication.
  • Complete reference and compliance checks.
  • Keep stakeholders updated, generate weekly reports, and track key recruitment metrics.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to the Volume recruitment process.
  • Any other tasks as needed.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Volume recruitment - leading projects with strong client consulting involvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
