We are based in California, with a presence in several other states. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Clinical Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

As a Sr. Clinical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified Clinical Therapists to deliver exceptional home health services to patients in need. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Clinical Home Health Therapist positions within our network.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct thorough phone screens, and schedule interviews with highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' clinical expertise, qualifications, and fit for specific home health therapy positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical teams to understand their specific needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clinical Therapists, fostering long-term partnerships and promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations or licensure requirements to ensure compliance in the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reports and updates to the hiring team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Sr. Clinical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the healthcare industry is highly desired.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically in home health therapy, and understanding of clinical therapy roles, licensure requirements, and qualifications.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting clinical professionals, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
