Franchise Sales Consultant

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential franchisees through various channels (website leads, industry events, referrals, digital marketing campaigns).
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Sales Process Management:
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects to assess fit and interest.
- Guide prospects through the franchise sales process, including franchise disclosure documents (FDD), financial requirements, and brand standards.
- Organize and host Discovery Days or in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
- Franchisee Onboarding:
- Support new franchisees through the approval process until the signing of the franchise agreement.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and identify target markets for franchise expansion.
- Monitor competitor activity in the franchise space and provide insights to the leadership team.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure alignment in messaging and support for new franchisees.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales funnel metrics, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (typically 2–5 years).
- Strong understanding of the franchise business model and legal considerations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently or remotely.
