  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and qualify potential franchisees through various channels (website leads, industry events, referrals, digital marketing campaigns).
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects to assess fit and interest.
  • Guide prospects through the franchise sales process, including franchise disclosure documents (FDD), financial requirements, and brand standards.
  • Organize and host Discovery Days or in-person meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Franchisee Onboarding:
  • Support new franchisees through the approval process until the signing of the franchise agreement.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends and identify target markets for franchise expansion.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the franchise space and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure alignment in messaging and support for new franchisees.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales funnel metrics, and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (typically 2–5 years).
  • Strong understanding of the franchise business model and legal considerations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently or remotely.
