About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' as an llaollao Area Manager for Franchise Store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple franchise locations within a designated region and willing to travel Luzon, Vizayas and Mindanao. Reporting to the Regional Manager and play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' franchise network.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple franchise stores, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to franchise store managers, supporting them in driving operational excellence
  • Monitor and analyze store-level performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Collaborate with franchise store managers to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Identify and address training needs for franchise store teams, delivering or facilitating training programs as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise store managers, escalating issues to the Regional Manager as needed
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new franchise locations within your assigned region
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making for the franchise network

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and financial performance in a multi-unit business environment
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop franchise store teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in budget management, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with franchise store managers and senior leadership
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and the ability to work collaboratively with franchise partners
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset
