About the role

As a Sales Engineer at Electrokonstruct Construction & Engineering Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and consultative selling skills. In this full-time position based in Antipolo City Rizal, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, while also providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline
  2. Conducting needs assessments and proposing tailored solutions that address our clients' specific requirements
  3. Preparing and presenting professional sales proposals, technical specifications, and project quotes
  4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  5. Providing post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  6. Collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or maintenance industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business-focused solutions
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and provide customised solutions
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software
  7. Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed
