Key Responsibilities:


• Generate leads through outreach, marketing, and community events to increase membership.


• Conduct tours of the facility to prospective members, showcasing the club's services and facilities.


• Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership options.


• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.


• Assist with member onboarding, including explaining gym policies and ensuring a smooth membership experience.


• Maintain positive relationships with members to foster retention.


• Participate in club events, promotions, and member challenges.


• Handle administrative tasks related to memberships, contracts, and payments.

Qualifications:


• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a fitness-related field is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.


• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.


• Knowledge of fitness industry trends is a plus.
