Operations Manager – Access Care (Mandaue Office | Night Shift)

Location: Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM – 5 AM (PH Time)

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance and productivity of Access Care's Philippine operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services to our global clients.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can manage teams, optimize workflows, enforce compliance, and support process improvements aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor PH operations teams (claims, eligibility, scheduling, admin support, and client success).
  • Ensure alignment of daily operations with company objectives, KPIs, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor performance reports and collaborate with leadership to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and track operational SOPs and quality standards across all departments.
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and Client Success to ensure smooth project execution and staffing alignment.
  • Manage daily workflow, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and company protocols.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new hires within operations.
  • Support U.S. and international leadership in planning and executing new client projects.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly operational reports and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in operations or process management (preferably in healthcare, BPO, or shared services).
  • Proven experience leading teams in a night shift / U.S. account setting.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational ability.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365, CRM platforms, and cloud-based tools.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu (8 PM – 5 AM PH Time).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in U.S. healthcare operations, claims management, or eligibility processing.
  • Skilled in creating performance metrics and process improvement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and client management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
