Selection and Hiring
- Ensure completeness of manpower need all the time and timely onboarding of newly hired.
- Ensure pooling of candidates per position
- Post hiring vacancies using various sourcing tools.
- Screen, invite and conduct initial interview for qualified applicants.
- Endorsed candidates that passed the initial interview to requesting department head for processing.
- Conduct Background Investigation for candidates that passed the final interview.
- Ensure on all vacancies are filled within 30 days after receiving Manpower Request Form.
- Ensure that all pre-employment requirements are complete prior onboarding.
- Prepare Job Offer and employee contract and ensure duly signed before onboarding.
- Submit the newly hired documents to HO for request of Badge number and payroll processing (ATM application).
- Conduct orientation for newly hired employees.
- Facilitate newly hired 3rd month and 5th month evaluation.
- Issued notice of end of probationary in case the employee did not passed the probationary evaluation atleast a week before the employee 6th month of employment.
- Facilitate, assist and ensure proper turn-over per departmental exiting employees.
Compensation and Benefits
- Ensure that all employees compensation and benefits are process accurately and timely.
- On-time submission of Timekeeping records to HO payroll
- Accurate submission of Timekeeping record to HO payroll
- Monitor Insurance related concerns
- Monitor Attendance related concerns Absences, tardiness and overtime.
- Ensure exit procedure are being implemented and final pay and quitclaim shall be issued to exiting employee within 30 days after the effectively of employee separation, by monitoring and coordinating with HO payroll.
- Assist and monitor all government benefits application by coordinating with the HO payroll.
- Complete and accurate submission of Manpower list to HO payroll every month.
Employee and Labour Relations
- Ensure that all the company is compliant with labour law.
- Ensure that Notice to Explain (NTE) shall be issued within 48 hours upon receiving of Incident Report (IR).
- Ensure that all Incidences or cases for Disciplinary action are close 20 days or less, unless cases which includes preventive suspension.
- Ensure that all legal cases (NCMB, NLRC etc.) shall be coordinated with company lawyer and shall be monitored.
- All employees 201 files are complete, updated and in properly maintained.
- Ensure compliance with Safety and Health compliance
- Conduct monthly counselling to delinquent employees or employees with multiple cases or habitual cases.
- Issuance of AWOL notice (4 notices) within a month.
- Issuance of memorandum (upon instruction).
- Ensure issuance, monitor and control of company ID, uniform and PPE.
Organizational and Training , Development (OTD)
- Ensure that employee development and welfare are maintained.
- Conduct need assessment and program to minimize attrition rate.
- Execute all approved employee activities, seminars and trainings will have documentations and feedback.
Performance Feedback and Management
- Ensure that all performance are monitored.
- Daily (Attendance Monitoring)
- Weekly (HR WOR)
- Monthly (MBR)
- Annual (Start Plan)
- Consistency and Timely submission
- Accuracy, completeness, quality of reports
- Coordinate with Department Heads for quarterly, semestral or annual employee performance review.
- Submission of all report to HR shared drive.
Other Tasks:
- Perform other related administrative tasks
- Perform Safety Officer Duties and responsibilities in the absence of Safety Officer.
- Perform other tasks or project assigned by the HR Manager.
- Monitor Social Media posting and hiring for SKMTI
