Guatson Travel, a growing and dynamic travel agency, is looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, strong relationship-building skills, and experience working with B2B clients—especially within the IATA travel industry—we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients, including corporate accounts and partner agencies.
- Handle and support NON-IATA travel agencies, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote Guatson Travel's services and travel solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Experience dealing with NON-IATA travel agencies is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of travel products, fares, and industry systems is a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
