Overview
We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Sales Executive position is designed to find leads, do software demo and close deals. This position is remote. You can choose your favorite spot to work and close sales every day as long as it is quiet and internet speed is fast. It's all up to you.
About us
We are software company based out of Singapore and we provide Saas Loyalty Rewards solutions, dedicated to helping businesses increase repeat sales, boost customer loyalty, customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Poket Loyalty Rewards software to the targeted businesses via call, emails, video call, live chat
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and inbound leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting our loyalty program software solutions via online meeting
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors.
Skills and Experience Required
- Good attitude
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Learn thing fast
- Proven ability to learn software products and efficiently resolve issues related to that software.
- Ability to effectively utilize the MS Office suite of software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PPT.
- 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales
- Experience in a SaaS sales will be an advantage
