Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce breads, fillings and other menu items in line with standard recipes and quality standards.
  • Follow production workflows and commissary standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and maintain optimal stock to minimize food waste and ensure quality.
  • Ensures all stocks are properly stored.
  • Assist with recording of daily inventory.
  • Assist with determining production quantity required to efficiently meet order volume of stores.
  • Assist with packing and labeling items that will be transported to multiple stores.
  • Maintains high standards of food safety and personal hygiene.
  • Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area/s.
  • Monitor equipment, report issues, and help with maintenance.
  • Assist with preparing customer orders from GrabFood and Food Panda when needed.
  • Assist with other kitchen and store duties.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or graduate of any relevant vocational course
  • At least two (2) years relevant work experience
  • Must have baking or cooking experience
  • Experience in a commissary environment is a plus
  • TESDA certification is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
