Qualifications:

· College graduate (B.S. in Food Technology or any related course)

· Minimum 3-5 years of food industry manufacturing/commissary or quality experience including supervisory experience, comprehensive food processing, food safety, and quality experience with an extensive background in food industry manufacturing/commissary or FDA or equivalent.

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure

· Good writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills

· Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

· Proficiency in computer skills, including database management

· Training in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) is an advantage

· Effective communications skills for cross-departmental collaboration

· Proven experience in a bakery or food production role

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Approves and determines quantities of foodstuffs or other merchandise required to stock commissary, from inventory records/replenish stock.

· Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Provide leadership and direction to commissary team while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company standards and practices.

· Ensure HACCP & GMP are strictly observe before, during and after production.

· Process weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for on-site staff.

· Manage all aspects of supervising, training, and scheduling commissary staff as well as weekly payroll.

· Facilitate safety training meetings and exercises using Microsoft applications to help employees understand the potential safety hazards in their work environment.

· Complete data analyses and assist QA and regulatory for completing annual commitments for commissary products.

· Adheres to company's Code of Conduct

· Gives equal respect to his/her superior and fellow employees

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Maintain positive work relationship with co-workers and management

· Other task/s that may be assigned by the management from time to time
