Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This leadership role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding store standards. The Branch Supervisor plays a critical role in driving the store's performance and ensuring efficient, profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations & Management

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
  • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Coordinate with mall administration and internal departments for permits, maintenance, and operational concerns

2. Sales & Performance Management

  • Set and monitor sales goals for the branch and individual team members
  • Analyze sales data and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis

3. Inventory Control

  • Ensure accurate stock levels, tagging, replenishment, and reporting
  • Coordinate with merchandising and logistics for timely delivery and proper merchandise mix
  • Supervise physical inventories, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution

4. Staff Supervision & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and coach store staff to achieve performance goals
  • Handle scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and discipline
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate with HR for recruitment

5. Customer Service & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated concerns
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store appeal
  • Prepare the store for sales campaigns, promotions, and events

6. Cash & Financial Management

  • Oversee daily cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales and proper safeguarding of funds
  • Monitor and control store expenses to stay within budget

7. Security & Loss Prevention

  • Enforce security protocols to prevent internal and external theft
  • Investigate incidents related to cash, inventory, or operational breaches
  • Ensure safety measures are followed for both staff and customers.

Reporting to Senior Branch Supervisor / Area Head

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/Degree of Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
  • At least 6 mos. working related experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • With pleasing personality and excellent customer relation skills
  • Knowledge of inventory and cash management systems
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
