Job description

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Open to fresh graduates.
  • No prior experience required, but HR OJT experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to be assigned in Cebu City.
Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates

Role:

  • Find potential candidates using various recruitment methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on job sites, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Sources apprentice through various schools and walkin applicants

Screening and Shortlisting

Role:

  • Review applications and resumes to find the best match for the job.
  • Ensures that candidates are aligned with the company's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial interview to assess basic qualifications.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria for the next steps.

Interviewing Candidates

Role: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Checks and ensures that candidate is qualified based on initial interview, exams and skill tests.
  • Organize and schedule secondary interviews
  • Conduct various interview formats, such as behavioral, technical, and situational.
  • Assess candidates' competencies, soft skills, and alignment with organizational values.

Evaluating Candidates

Role: Analyze the candidate's performance and potential fit within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Supervisor/Manager to discuss the candidates' performance.
  • Use assessment tools, tests, or evaluations to gauge skills and qualifications.
  • Make data-driven decisions to choose the most suitable candidate.

Onboarding Process

Role: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks (background checks, reference checks, etc.).
  • Help new hires with documentation, signing contracts, and setting up employee accounts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, introducing new employees to company culture and policies.

Employer Branding

Role: Build and maintain a positive image of the company as an employer.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's work culture and values in recruitment materials.
  • Maintain a strong online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Attend job fairs, college recruitment events, and networking sessions to build relationships.

Compliance and Reporting

Role: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to legal and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process for compliance and reporting purposes.
