Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Employee Health Administration - Ensuring the health, safety, and wellness of all employees.

  2. Manages the Clinic including the availability of supplies and equipment

  3. Administers first aid
  4. Implements Safety and Health initiatives
  5. Monitor illness/sickness for all employees of Arcenas group of companies and refer to the Supervisor – HR of any concerns
  6. Prepare and submit work related accidents and illness report timely and forward this to HR
  7. Assistant for ER for submission to DOLE
  8. Conduct annual medical tests and random drug testing

2. HR Liaising - Coordinating the initial steps of recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration at the site with the HR assistants specializing on those areas.

-Liaise with Supervisor – HR for all site-related HR functions such as:

  • Sourcing, screening, and onboarding of applicants
  • Carrying out training initiatives as well as monitoring the training progress and performance of site employees
  • Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Administration
  • monitoring of compliance to company rules and regulations and reporting violation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (R.N)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably with a BOSH Certificate, First Aid, & Certified Occupational Health Nurse
  • Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office applications)
  • Preferably with experience as onsite nurse in construction
  • Can start immediately
